For sale is ONE (1) used VTM-4100 PKG-EH audio & video test measurement unit with eye measurement. Monitor is not included (showed for reference only). Very good condition with only some minor signs of use. Unit comes with SD/HD Eye option and audio OPT-3. Unit was tested and found in fully working condition. There is a fault pointing to one of the cooling fans. it may need to be replaced. I checked all of the rotors and they do turn. Actual photos are showed. Power cords are not included unless mentioned in the description.
